Meet the Experts: Talena – Empowering Customer Success Through Teamwork
Innovation relies on teamwork and great partnerships.
What is your job at SCIENION?
As the Team Lead of Commercial Applications in Berlin, my team and I serve as the primary technical contact for our customers. We work closely with them to understand their needs and demonstrate how our technology can help them achieve their goals. Through technical demonstrations, Proof-of-Principle studies, and hands-on training, we help our customers develop deep expertise with our products and support them in turning their ideas into real solutions.
Which BICO/brand value best represents your work, and why?
As in almost any area in life, success is ultimately driven by the combination of values. Given the wide range of applications and the number of customer projects we are working on simultaneously, focus and grit are essential to executing each project efficiently and delivering results that fully satisfy our customers.
Collaboration and trust are also very important to me. To make projects successful, we need to work closely not just with our customers but also with colleagues from other departments. Building trust is one of our main goals because it is the basis for long-term relationships with our customers. We want them to trust our technology, expertise, and service quality.
What future innovation or discovery excites you the most?
Right now at SCIENION, we are putting a lot of effort into developing the next generation of our instruments. I look forward to the day we can show the first new features and improvements. While I can’t share too much yet, I’m excited about the ways these advancements will simplify workflows and expand possibilities for our customers and for me, since I use these instruments often as an Application Scientist.
It feels great to work in a place where we actively contribute to our customers’ innovations. Being part of a company whose technology supports new ideas and products motivates me, and I am excited to see what projects I will get to work on in the future.
Independent of my work at SCIENION, I am still eagerly waiting for someone to invent teleportation. If there is any way I can help make that happen, please let me know.
