A More Financially Strong BICO
Sebastian is our Group Treasurer, who works to build a more financially strong BICO through improving working capital by improving processes within all units of the Group. Sebastian is passionate about the bio convergence revolution and believes that the people at BICO are the ones who drive this radical change. He is impassioned by our current and future products and the
solutions that we deliver to our customers.
1. What do you do at BICO?
I’m setting up the Treasury at BICO. My job
involves identifying and managing Financial
Risk and helping build a more inancially
resilient BICO through improving working
capital by improving processes within all
units of the Group.
2. What excites you most about working at BICO?
A lot: bio convergence and the people who
work here to start. I am in awe of our current
products, and products in the pipeline, as well
as the solutions we deliver to our customers.
I am proud to work at a company that helps
push humanity forward.
3. What do you enjoy most being at BICO?
I believe that BICO is a clear example where the
sum really becomes greater than the individual
parts. I love the fact that we are about the Future,
moving Forward and doing so as Fast as possible.
If we can collectively maintain momentum there’s
nothing stopping what we can achieve.
