BICO’s corporate governance is based on the Swedish Companies Act, the Annual Accounts Act, Nasdaq Stockholm Rulebook for Issuers, internal rules and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (“the Code”). BICO applies the rules that follow from laws or other statutes, as well as the Code.
